Description

The Bakers Pride S3091A Ball Plunger Door Catch is used to lock the door of commercial equipment. It has a spring-loaded ball system to maintain the same amount of tension to ensure doors stay tightly closed during cooking cycles. Correct door retention assists in keeping internal temperatures as well as in providing consistent baking outcomes. This is a component that is usually fitted in the door frame and links a mating surface when it is closed. If the plunger becomes weak or stuck, the performance of the doors can be impaired.
