Description

The Hobart 00-916618-00001 ED Hook Aluminum legacy mixes dough and other heavy ingredients in the 30-quart and incorporates the ingredients thoroughly and evenly. It works in a manner that it turns alongside the drive system of the mixer to knead and mix ingredients together. The hook is fitted on the mixer spindle and fits well in the bowl. It assists in maintaining the action of consistent mixing and facilitates the uniform dough development in commercial mixers in bakery and foodservice applications.
