Description

The Hobart 916618 Dough Hook 30/40 QT Legacy ED is a mixing attachment that is used with other 30- and 40-quart Legacy series planetary mixers. This hook is applied to knead yeast dough and other heavy mixtures by turning them in the bowl to stretch and fold the ingredients in equal measure. Related to the planetary drive of the mixer, it prevents the lack of flour and liquid ingredients in the kneading process. It has a shape that facilitates uniform development of dough and ensures that the bowl is cleared. Proper fitting of the mixer hub facilitates equal rotation and consistent operation.
