Description

The Hobart 408379-3 Burner Valve is a control point of all cooking equipment that controls and regulates the gas supply to the burner. It has a 1/4" MPT inlet and a 1/2" compression outlet and is part of the internal gas pathway in the equipment. This part is mostly used in restaurants, cafeterias, and commercial kitchens where heat must be regulated. Its position in the gas system keeps the gas in order and assists in the thermal operation when production demands are high during regular cooking procedures.
