Description

The Hobart 00-408379-00003 Burner Valve is a control fitting used to manage gas movement within commercial cooking equipment. It provides a regulated pathway between the supply line and the burner section, allowing adjustment of gas delivery as needed. The inlet side is designed with a 1/4" male pipe thread connection, while the outlet side uses a 1/2" compression connection for secure line joining.
