Description

The Hobart 349253-1 Thermostat is used to control and maintain operating temperature on compatible commercial kitchen equipment. It has a 3/16" nickel diameter bulb, 6-1/2" long, that is placed in the heating area to detect the temperature and communicate to the thermostat mechanism. Control automatically opens and/or closes the electrical circuit to maintain desired heat during operation. It operates in conjunction with the heating assembly to control temperature and maintain the performance of the equipment. This part is usually required when the original thermostat becomes faulty, goes astray in calibration or does not react properly to temperature changes.
