Wells SP2-WL0086 Pan & Element Assembly 120V SS206

The Wells SP2-WL0086 Pan & Element Assembly 120V SS206 is an electrically controlled heating element of a commercial system. It works when electrical current flows through the element, which creates heat that is distributed uniformly over the surface of the pan for cooking purposes and has a consistent thermal response over the cycles of operation resulting in consistent heat transfer behavior. It is mounted in compatible cooking equipment in the lower part of the heating section to provide thermal support and under cooking surfaces to provide uniform heat distribution during operational cycles.
