The Hobart VMLH60 Mixing Bowl is a food contact part that is used to contain ingredients to be mixed in a commercial unit. It has a 60-quart capacity, 14-gauge construction, and 304 stainless steel material that can be used with VMLH series mixers. This bowl is fitted in the mixer frame which is attached to the bowl support and locking systems. It can be mixed with attachments and it is well aligned during the operation.
