Description

The Groen Z005587 Safety Valve, 50 Psi, 3/4 inch is a product that is used to release excess steam in a kettle in order to maintain the conditions under which the kettle operates. It works by opening automatically when the internal pressure reaches the preset limit of 50 PSI then closing again when the pressure falls to a safe level. This is a safety valve commonly fitted to the steam jacket of commercial cooking kettles and is an essential pressure control element.
