Description

The Pitco P6071780 Gas Ball Valve is a gas flow control component featuring a 3/8" FPT connection and designed for use in compatible commercial fryer systems. This valve allows operators or service personnel to start stop, or isolate the flow of gas within the appliance during operation or maintenance procedures. Mounted as part of the fryers gas supply line it supports regulating fuel delivery to the burner system and supports secure servicing when required. Used in restaurants, kitchens, and other foodservice it plays an essential role in the fryers gas distribution and control system.
