The Uniworld UWDUM30WW Wire Whip is a 30-quart mixer attachment for commercial systems. Select D300, D330 and D340 series it is used to blend and aerate ingredients by incorporating air into mixtures and is used for whipped cream, meringues, icings, egg whites and light batters. In the mixer system the wire whip is the main agitation attachment which is turned within the bowl to give the desired texture and consistency in the product.
