Description

The Uniworld UWD295120 Dough Hook 30 QT. Regular blending and rolling the dough by swirling between the components, and using a constant folding movement. It operates through stretching and compressing the dough mass on the surface of the bowl and enhances homogeneity in the mixing process. This attachment is mounted on the shaft of the planetary gear of compatible commercial mixers of 30-quart capacity. The hook is attached to the drive hub and rotates in the bowl when it is in operation. It is applied in commercial bakery and foodservice equipment where dough hooks are used to process bread and pizza.
