Description

The Uniworld UVS-S22 Knife S -22 is a cutting component that is used in commercial meat grinders to slice food as it goes through the grinding plate. It has an S-type of blade design in the size of a #22 grinder system and is made of hardened metal with a hole in the middle of it to fit into the drive shafts. This knife is fitted in the grinder head and is against the plate and held in place by the retaining ring. It also spins in the drive mechanism to slice the product effectively.
