Description
The Uniworld UM30FB Flat Beater is an attachment for planetary mixers that rotates through the bowl using commercial systems. The flat beater is attached to the mixer drive hub and attaches ingredients by sweeping across the surface of the mixing bowl folding the ingredients during mixing, providing uniform contact with both the top and bottom of the mixing bowl. Installed in 30-quart commercial planetary mixers for doughs, batters, whipped mixtures and any other mixing application in food preparation where consistent mixing action is needed during production cycle operation settings.
