Description

The Ultrafryer ULTR19B783 Hi Limit Switch is a temperature sensor that will break the circuit when the temperature in the fryer is too high. It is a safety control element that can assist prevent overheating by turning off the heating system until the temperatures are within an acceptable range. This switch is placed within the fryer control assembly, close to the heating and temperature control elements and is used directly to respond to excessive heat. It is widely used in commercial fryers to assists in controlled temperature operation during the cooking cycle and in continuous operation of the kitchen.
