Description

The Alto-Shaam TR3402 Oven Retrofit Timer is a 12-hour mechanical timer assembly with a control knob and two electrical connectors for commercial kitchens. It install behind the front control panel where the knob allow users to select the required cooking or holding time. Operating on a 240V, 60Hz electrical supply the timer controls circuit switching based on the selected time interval. It connects with the oven wiring system and related control component to manage timed operates and is used as a replacement assembly to restore timer operation in compatible cook-and-hold ovens.
