Description

The Vulcan Hart 00-419999-00001 TC Type 125 Thermostat is an integral part of the Vulcan fryer models that includes the 1GR series and other specified models. This thermostat operates in a 200°F to 400°F range with a 5/16" x 5" sensing bulb for accurate temperature regulation for better cooking consistency and efficiency. The 3/8" MPT storage bag makes for easy installation and connection to the fryer system and the 48" cap length provides flexibility in placement. Operators can easily monitor and adjust frying temperatures by using a dial compatible with the #22-1315 pointer knob.
