Description

The Cecilware L345E KX Thermostat is used in fryers including EFP 30, 40, 65, EFS 30, 40, 65, and others. It has a temperature control of 200 to 375°F, comes with a 3/8”x 5” bulb, and a cap of 36”. The product also consists of a red thermostat knob with a diameter of 2-1/4 inches to make adjustments easier. Food can be fried selectively using this equipment, the efficiency is improved as well as the durability of the fryer due to the correct heat settings.
