Description

The Keating 035575 Thermostat is a K-type temperature control element that is meant to control the temperature of oil in commercial fryers. It has a stainless steel sensing bulb with dimensions of 5/16 inch by 10 inches, which correctly detects the amount of heat contained in the fry pot and transmits information to the control system. The 0.187-inch D-stem and flat and terminal end are connected to the control knob and wiring on the fryer so operators can regulate and control their cooking temperatures. The thermostat is directly used in overheating prevention of the fryer and in backing of frying in the foodservice kitchens.
