Description

The Blodgett 41887 Thermostat is a commercial kitchen equipment temperature control device intended for use in oven equipment where temperature must be controlled within a narrow range. Temperature range is 140-284°F (80-140°C) and the 3/8" x 4" copper bulb senses the temperature in the equipment. In this case the thermostat uses a 36" capillary tube to connect the bulb to control head and allows for accurate temperature sensing even when the bulb is located some distance to the control unit. It also has a 3/8" stuff box for secure installation and a .187" D-stem for mounting to various configurations.
