APW 1487600 Thermostat

The APW 1487600 Thermostat is a temperature-control component designed for use in compatible commercial foodservice equipment. It monitors the operating temperature through its sensing mechanism and controls the electrical circuit connected to the heating system. As the equipment reaches the thermostat's set temperature, the contacts change state to regulate power supplied to the heating element. When the temperature falls below the control point, the thermostat allows circuit to energize again. Installed within appliance's control system, it maintain required operating temperature by cycling the heater according to changes detected at the sensing point.
