Description

The Garland 2200602 Thermocouple 24" is a sensor that is intended to be used in other compatible commercial cooking equipment. It also measures the temperature inside the appliance and transmits a signal to the control system to control the burner or heating element. The thermocouple is mounted on the burner assembly and it is normally changed when it stops sensing the temperature correctly or when it stops giving the required signal. The thermocouple is 24 inches to ensure that the operation is maintained by assisting in the maintenance of the right temperature and eliminating overheating during the cooking activities.
