The Blodgett 52091 Thermocouple Snap Fit is a 48 inch replacement part that fits 1980 Series ovens. This thermocouple is used to measure temperature provide an output of 2030 mV to control the gas valve, and ensure controlled operation of the burner. It can be installed directly into the burner assembly with a snap-fit connection to install it in a better and secure manner. It helps to keep the heat at the right level and ensures the stable operation of the oven and consistent ignition.
