BKI (Barbeque King) SB7656 Thermister Probe W/Fitting

The BKI (Barbeque King) SB7656 Thermister Probe W/Fitting is temperature sensor used to measure the internal temperature in commercial cooking equipment. This data is transmitted to the control system to assist in controlling the cooking process, and maintaining temperature. The probe comes with a fitting that enables it to be securely mounted into ovens holding cabinets or other cooking vessels ensuring it is correctly positioned for measurement.
