Description

The TurboChef TBCNGC-1140 Thermocouple is a temperature sensing component used in the commercial cooking equipment. Installed at a designated sensing place, the thermocouple generates a small electrical signal in response to temperature change at its measuring junction. This signal is transmitted to the control system which uses the input to regulate heating and maintain programmed operating condition. The thermocouple work with the controller wiring harness and heating component to provide continuous temperature feedback supporting accurate temperature management and proper operation of the cooking system throughout heating cycle.
