Description

The TurboChef TBCNGC-1025 Oven Blower Motor Kit is used to power the internal fan, which circulates the heated air in the cooking chamber to aid in the movement of heat evenly in the cooking chamber. It converts the electrical power to rotational energy and spins the blower wheel to keep the air flowing to the right conditions to cook. The motor kit is mounted in the blower of the oven, and it is connected to the existing wiring and mounting points. When installed, it allows the internal air system of the oven to operate properly, in such a way that the flow of heated air is continuous and consistent in the chamber to achieve the desired thermal performance.
