Description

The Stero STA30401-09 EGO Thermostat Hi Limit Disc 500F is a constant safety control to regulate and interrupt over-temperature used in commercial systems. It works by keeping track of internal temperature fluctuations and opens the circuit when the temperature gets to around 500F, which helps to protect the equipment from overheating and damaging the circuit. Installed in a commercial appliance system and other compatible food service-grade appliances, it is a safety cutoff that is built into the heating control circuit. It operates in parallel with the main thermostat and heating elements to keep the temperature within controlled limits.
