Description

The TEC SPPAN Pilot Assembly is a gas ignition component to provide a steady pilot flame used to run a controlled burner. It provides a steady supply of ignition by guiding a controlled amount of gas to the pilot tip to enable safe and accurate ignition on the start up. This panel has to be fitted in the gas distribution zone and placed in such a way that it would adequately light up the main combustion chamber as and when necessary. It assist to develop accurate flame formation, aid in the proper provision of gas control, and promote safe operation throughout the use periods.

Step1: Turn off gas supply and disconnect power.

Step2: Allow the appliance to cool completely.

Step3: Remove access panel and locate old pilot assembly.

Step5: Install new pilot assembly in same position.

Step6: Reconnect gas line securely; check for leaks.
