Description

Middleby Marshall 64149 Speed Control Board with Remote Digital Display (5-3/8″ x 5-1/2″) is an accurate control component for precise ovens such as BE2136, BE3240, and PS520E. It has a National Controls speed control board with a Min/Sec LCD digital display remote and a 30” ribbon cable. An LCD screen is provided for the purpose of observing the required temperature and other settings of the oven that improve the usability. Designed for use in professional kitchens, this product enhances the performance, accuracy and convenience of the cooking process while allowing operators to achieve the better results from their oven and minimizing the risk of equipment failure.
