Description

The Southbend SOU1195226 Coated Blower is a fan wheel part that is fitted in compatible commercial oven equipment to circulate air during use. It works by switching on a motor shaft forcing air into the blower assembly, and forcing it through the inside of the oven. The blower surface is covered with the white PTFE coating when it is in operation in the fan housing. The vanes circulate air over the heating system and in the cooking chamber as the motor spins the blower wheel. The blower is fitted in the internal blower assembly of the oven which is connected to the drive motor and airflow system.
