Description

The Server Products SER83220 Condiment Pump CP 8-1/2 is used in compatible commercial equipment. It operates through a spring-loaded piston that draws product into the pump cylinder and dispenses a measured volume with each handle stroke. Portion size can be adjusted using gauging collars to suit requirements. Installed through the lid of the compatible inset the pump interfaces directly with the food container and discharge tube to provide controlled product flow. It works as part of the condiment dispensing system in heated, ambient or refrigerated foodservice conditions.
