The Dynamic Mixer SD99 Salad Spinner 2.5 Gal is a manual spinning system that spins the greens in the basket chamber using centrifugal force to remove. The excess water in the greens and the moisture are separated as the inner basket spins in the outer container. A handle mounted at the top of the rotating system triggers the rotating movement, which agitates the contents to separate the liquid, whilst keeping the structured movement of the leafy ingredients within.
