The Pitco 60139101 Burner Gas Valve with 0.240 Stem Hood Orifice is fuel regulation part that is used to regulate the flow of gas to the burner assembly of commercial griddles. It enable operator to control the amount of heating by controlling the supply of gas to the cooking surface. This valve is normally fitted in the internal gas line system in the griddle, and it is linked directly to the burner controls.
