Description

Montague 29766-6 Safety Pilot Valve is used in Montague Range Series Grizzly ovens to provide safety in gas applications. It has 3/8” FPT for the gas in/out, 1/4” CCT pilot in, and 3/16” CCT pilot out connections and is capable of handling up to 172,000 BTU. This valve functions by regulating to the pilot light, to ensure that when the pilot flame is off, there is no leakage of gas. It is designed for industrial use, and large-scale kitchens such as restaurants, bakeries, caterers, and more; it provides better durability, safety, and functionality for professional chefs in food preparation processes.
