Description

The Blodgett 33074 Convection Oven KFC Probe is a resistance temperature detector (RTD) sensor with a rating and is designed to be used in a commercial systems. It works by sensing the temperature of the internal cavity and transmitting resistance-based signals to the control board of the oven, enabling just a small amount of adjustment in the heating cycles, and the consistent performance of the cooking. In practice it is fitted in commercial convection ovens which are used in fast food operations, restaurants and institutional kitchens including KFC equipment configurations. The probe is a component of the temperature loop of the system.
