Description

The Royal Range 5856 Flame Switch Retrofit Kit is an alternative and control component to be used in existing compatible commercial cooking equipment in order to detect and confirm the presence of a burner flame. Installed in the burner box and linked to the control system, it detects the conditions of the flame and sends a signal to the ignition and circuit to prevent operation.
