Description

The Bakers Pride R3032A Char Broiler Top Burner Valve controls the amount of gas that goes to the top burners so that the amount of heat produced during cooking can be adjusted. Adjusting the valve varies the pressure of the gas and lights the burner, keeping the flame at a steady level. It is a valve that is mounted directly on the char broiler with the gas delivery being controlled by this valve and is connected to the burner assembly.
