The Lang LGK9-11160-21 Quartz Heater Element is used in kitchens especially in cheesemelters. It is 31-3/4 inches in size and works at 104V with a power of 1800W. This model is designed to work with Lang cheesemelter models MM-36 and 136CM. Advantages are energy saving, low costs of maintenance, and the possibility to cook with a constant heat source that does not consume oxygen, which makes it suitable for numerous types of cooking.
