The Advanced Flexible Composites Q-C1021 Sheet Platen 3 Pack VCT-2010 is a pack of replacement platen sheets that are used in vertical contact toasters. These platen sheets keep bread or other products in contact with the heating elements to ensure uniform toasting. They attach to and operate with the moving components of the toaster that heat transfer is achieved in the process of operation. It enables the replacement to be done in stages in case of wear, scorching, or accumulation to performance, which can be used to assist in supporting accurate operation.
