Pitco PTP6071785 Fryer Drain Valve W/Handle 1-1/4" FPT

The Pitco PTP6071785 Fryer Drain Valve With Handle is used to regulate the release of oil into commercial fryers. A flow path is provided with an internal sealing mechanism that has a handle to open or close the flow path to provide controlled release of hot oil and residue out of the fryer tank and directing it through the valve body into a drain line connected to it during servicing or cleaning operations. It is normally attached to the fryer drain outlet to be connected to a 1-1/4 inch FPT plumbing line in the drainage assembly on commercial fryer units.
