Description

The Pitco PTP5045659 Gas Valve 3/4" is used to direct gas flow by controlling the flow of gas using the internal valve structure. It operates by activating an actuation system, which opens the valve to suit the operational needs. The valve is fitted in the gas supply system of compatible commercial fryers. The collection is attached to gas piping and control systems within the equipment. It has applications in cooking, whereby there is a need to deliver gases at a controlled rate in order to keep the burners operating and to sustain the heating rate.
