Description

The Southbend 1195226 Coated Blower is a part of air movement that is used in other compatible commercial ovens. It operates by rotating in the blower housing to circulate air in the oven cavity to assist in circulating warm air during cooking activities, The blower has a white PTFE coating that covers the metal surface and the wheel is rotated by the motor-driven shaft. The vanes move the air over the heating space. This part is mounted in the blower compartment of the oven where it is attached to the motor shaft and it runs in the fan housing.
