Description

The Pitco B3316801-C Temperature Probe Assembly detects the temperature of the cooking oil and translates the amount of heat into an electrical signal, which is transmitted to the control system of the fryer to monitor. The signal is used to measure the temperature of the oil and control the heating cycle by the control board or thermostat. The probe is fitted in the tank of the fryer or close to the heating section, where it can directly read the temperature of the oil in use. It is a monitoring system for commercial frying equipment.
