Description

The Ultrafryer PR6471 Temperature Probe 1/2 NPT is designed to fit in compatible fryer systems that need the precise monitoring of oil temperature throughout cooking periods. It has half-inch NPT threaded design which enables it to fit into specific tank holes to be in direct contact with the oil. The probe sends real-time temperature information to the fryer control module to control heating output. A faulty probe can be replaced to resume accurate thermal monitoring and allow a stable operation of the fryer in the commercial kitchen production.
