Description

The Pitco PP10070 Ignition Control Kit is an electrical part that is applied to fryer burners and controls the electrical sequence that creates a spark and triggers burner ignition with the gas control system. It is installed in the fryer control compartment and is connected to the ignition electrode and the burner assembly to allow proper start-up. The kit, when servicing equipment, and the ignition parts need to be changed.
