The Advanced Flexible Composites P90065 Sheet Platen 3 Pack VCT-2010 is a replacement platen sheet that is mounted on vertical contact toasters. These sheets are used as the contact surface that prevents the bread or other items from being pressed on the heating elements to ensure even toasting. They are fitted to and operate with the moving components of the toaster and transfer of heat during operation.
