Description

The Anets P890532 Natural Gas Safety Valve is a gas control valve used in a commercial cooking appliance to open and close in response to a 24-volt electrical signal sent by the control system. When the appliance requires heat, the signal is sent to the valve and the gas flows through the internal passage to the burner assembly and when the signal is removed, the gas is shut off. This part is usually fitted in the gas supply line of compatible gas fryers or other such kitchen appliances and is placed between the incoming gas connection and the burner system where a controlled supply of gas is needed to operate.
