Description

The Pitco P8905-03 Fryer Thermostat is a quality control part with a diameter of 3/8 inch, a bulb of 5 inches and a capillary length of 36 inches. It works within the temperature limit of 93°C to 204°C and provides a good control of temperature for effective frying. This millivolt-type thermostat improves the cooking process, as well as saves energy since it forecasts temperatures and adjusts them in order to obtain perfectly cooked dishes. Designed for use in restaurants and any food service, it increases the reliability of systems in food production making it a requisite in any commercial kitchen.
