Description

The Pitco P6072002 Fryer Basket Wire Mesh Screen 191/2 x 191/2 is a replacement wire mesh screen to be used in compatible commercial systems. It offers a comfortable platform on which to support foodstuffs during frying and the free flow of hot oil to uniform cooking. The mesh screen is installed on the fryer basket assembly to make sure that smaller or more delicate items do not fall through the normal basket holes. It is mostly used in the process of maintenance or replacement when the original screen is worn or bent to ensure the effective performance of the fryers.
