Description

The Pitco P5047210 Fryer Safety Thermostat is an essential part of commercial fryers as it helps to prevent fryer overheating. This thermostat has a fixed temperature cut off of 450°F and comes with a 1/4” x 4-7/8” bulb and a capillary length of 30” to help it monitor the fryer’s temperature. Its manual reset function increases safety by forcing the user to intervene after the temperature cutout so as to prevent it from automatically restarting. They are useful in commercial kitchens where better frying conditions are kept constant not damaging the equipment as well as ensuring that the quality of the food produced is the better.
